OUR PROGRAM
HHS Varsity has been a competitive cheer team as long as I can remember. Our goal as a team is to remain competitive, honor standing traditions, and enjoy making new ones. We hope to represent the green and white well and make all Alumni cheerleaders proud!

MEET OUR COACH
SAVANNAH BLACKMON
HHS Varsity Cheer Coach
Hello everyone! I’m Coach Savannah Blackmon, and I’m honored to serve as the HHS Varsity Cheer Coach.
As a proud HHS alumna, I had the privilege of wearing the HHS cheer uniform for four years. I bring six years of cheer coaching experience, along with several years as a tumbling instructor at multiple gyms, most recently at Magic City Ignite in Pike Road.
For the past five years, I have also volunteered with the Holtville Youth Football and Cheer League, where I currently serve on the board. One of the most rewarding parts of this opportunity is that many of the girls on this year’s varsity team are athletes I had the pleasure of coaching in the youth league.
Outside of cheer, I’m married and have two wonderful children. You’ll likely see them running around and cheering alongside us on Friday nights!
I’m excited for this season and look forward to supporting these athletes as they grow both on and off the sidelines. Go Bulldogs!
